Concrete, Tires and the Start Gantry
The track was built on sand by the beach. The track's creator Rauf Huseynli told Zerkalo.az it needed a very solid foundation and high-quality asphalt, “almost like a real Formula 1 circuit.”
The 2022 footage shows how the field is laid out: an outer barrier and an inner “island” of tires painted white and red. Stacks of tires in the middle of the track split the karts into lanes. The start is under a traffic light on a metal gantry, with a START line and grid boxes, and at the edge of the track stands a booth with a Sea Breeze Super Racing sign.
The layout can be changed: according to its creator, in 2022 the track was simple, with no sharp turns, and making it more dynamic “wouldn't be any trouble at all.”

The layout is drawn from aerial photos taken in summer 2022 and simplified. It isn't to scale, and according to its creator the track configuration can be rearranged. Sources don't give the lap length or the number of turns.

What the Footage Shows

The Sea Breeze Super Racing sign with its red track emblem is the only brand mark of the karting track we've come across. There's no separate logo on file and no official website, so the guide's header uses a text mark in the sign's colors.
