How a Session Works
Briefing
Before the start, experienced instructors run a short training session.

Instructors hand out everything you need for the session. In every shot the drivers wear helmets.

In the official video the karts line up on the grid at the START line and pull away on the green light of the gantry's traffic light, with a marshal nearby.

One session lasts 10 minutes. You can reach up to 28 km/h; speed on the track is capped for safety.

Kids and Adults
According to the track's creator, both kids and adults can feel like Formula 1 drivers on the Sea Breeze Super Racing track. The only restriction he mentioned is a weight limit of 80 kg.
The karts are electric: “absolutely silent, maneuverable and safe.” The footage shows low karts with open wheels, the driver sitting almost at asphalt level.
Sources don't give a minimum age, height or rules for kids. We won't guess; ask the instructor on site.
